With the holidays upon us, I thought I would share this little ditty I wrote a couple of years ago, inspired by my teacher, Ana Forrest. Enjoy and happy holidays!

You better watch out
You better not bail
Better not pout

She’s teaching some abs

Tip Tuesday: Yoga for the Holiday Season

Tip Tuesday is a weekly feature where I offer a few yoga tips that have worked for me in the hopes that they can help you too.

If the Christmas decorations in stores didn’t tip you off, the holiday season is officially upon us. I’m on pre-holiday holiday with my husband for a few weeks. November Stress Relief Workshops

I’ve got some Stress Relief Workshops coming up! The workshops are right before the holiday season hits full-force and are the perfect way to gain some helpful stress-relieving tools before dealing with Aunt Bertha and incessant Christmas carols.

Perhaps you’re feeling frazzled? Nerves on edge? With looming end-of-the-year deadlines and the upcoming holiday season, it’s easy to get swept up in the stressful craziness. In this 2-hour workshop, we will explore breath techniques and yoga poses to reduce the physical effects of stress on the body.

You’ll learn how to create freedom and strength in the hips, neck, and shoulders and methods to safely unlock these habitual tension spots.Through a dynamic yoga sequence, you’ll reconnect, rejuvenate, and walk away with tools to help you meet stressful situations with more ease and grace.
All levels are welcome.
