November Stress Relief Workshops

I’ve got some Stress Relief Workshops coming up! The workshops are right before the holiday season hits full-force and are the perfect way to gain some helpful stress-relieving tools before dealing with Aunt Bertha and incessant Christmas carols.

Perhaps you’re feeling frazzled? Nerves on edge? With looming end-of-the-year deadlines and the upcoming holiday season, it’s easy to get swept up in the stressful craziness. In this 2-hour workshop, we will explore breath techniques and yoga poses to reduce the physical effects of stress on the body.

You’ll learn how to create freedom and strength in the hips, neck, and shoulders and methods to safely unlock these habitual tension spots.Through a dynamic yoga sequence, you’ll reconnect, rejuvenate, and walk away with tools to help you meet stressful situations with more ease and grace.
All levels are welcome.

Introduction to Forrest Yoga Workshop Jan. 29th

Forrest YogaI’m really excited to be offering an Introduction to Forrest Yoga Workshop at Yoga at Change on Sun. Jan. 29th from 12:30-2:30 P.M.

If you’re wondering what the heck Forrest Yoga is (no, it’s not yoga that you practice in a forest), this workshop will break down the basic principles of Forrest Yoga and how these all work together to create one powerful, sweaty, strength building, and healing practice. It will provide a lot of individualized assistance for any injuries, illnesses, or other issues you may be working with. So if you’re a beginner looking for some detailed guidance or if you’re a more experienced yogi curious about what this style of yoga has to offer, register¬† to join me on the 29th.
