I have offered a few yoga workshops this year and I’m eager to do more! But I want to hear from you. What kind of workshop(s) would you be interested in taking? What issues would you like to see addressed in a yoga workshop?
Here’s a few examples to get you thinking about workshop topics:
Working with healing an area of the body: hips, back, neck and shoulders
Exploring certain types of poses in-depth: backbends, arm balances, inversions
Yoga for emotional issues: depression, anxiety, stress
Personal growth: finding your strength, opening the heart, connecting to joy
